Porter services - 95,00 EUR (up to 3 checked bags)

Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Children 2-11 years old - 220,00 EUR/ 390,00 EUR (transit)

Special rate for children from 2 till 11 years old.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.
Unaccompanied child- full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).

VIP/CIP/Business lounge (departure or transit only) - 95,00 EUR p/p

VIP/CIP/Business lounge access at additional cost for all passengers (at departure or transit only).

Electric buggy + 120,00 EUR (1-3 pax)

Transfer passengers by electric buggy (golf cart) from arrival gate to passport control or lounge, or vice versa.
One buggy is for 3 passengers only.
In case of more than 3 passengers please add one more cart at the same rate.

Tax Refund assistance - 125,00 EUR p/p

Our VIP assistant will help you through the refund process before your flight departs. All procedures will be arranged without queues or with the minimal queue.
Before you check in for your flight, a VIP assistant will escort you to the customs desk and present your completed tax free forms, passport, receipts and purchases to get a stamp on your form.
Make sure the goods are unused. Don’t pack them away in your check-in luggage as you will need to show them to the Customs Officer.
The rate is per passenger (or per passport).

Tax Refund assistance with porter - 190,00 EUR p/p

Our VIP assistant with porter will help you through the refund process before your flight departs. All procedures will be arranged without queues or with the minimal queue.

Arrival service – 1,5 hours incl. Departure services – 2 hours incl. Transit service – 2,5 hours incl. Each extra hour or part of it – 110,00

Requests submitted or modified less than 2 business days before the service (local time) +25%

If the service is requested or modified less than 2 business days (local airport time) before the service a 25% surcharge will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge

If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%

If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 50%

If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%

If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

100% Surcharge Public & Bank Holidays

For the services taking place on public & bank holidays a 100% surcharge will apply. (i.e. 1.01, 25.01, 04.03, 18.03. 19.04, 22.04, 27.04, 01.05, 30.05, 24-26.12)
