Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Private transportation from aircraft upon arrival included
Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of the passengers) from aircraft step to terminal or VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services). Transfer is included in the rate.
Special private lounges available - by request only (from 200 EUR up to 2 hours)
Separate private lounges or VIP rooms can be requested upon arrival, departure or transit.

VIP lounge included at arrival & departure
VIP lounge access at departure & arrival included in the rate for all passengers.
Extra time at the VIP Lounge - 295,00 EUR p/hour p/p
Extra time spent in the VIP Lounge.
A 295,00 EUR surcharge per passenger applies for each extra hour after the first two (which are included in the basic price).
Tax Refund assistance inside the Lounge - 120,00 EUR p/p
Our VIP assistant will help you through the refund process before your flight departs. All procedures will be arranged at the VIP Lounge, without queues or any stress.
Before you check in for your flight, a VIP assistant will escort you to the customs desk and present your completed tax free forms, passport, receipts and purchases to get a stamp on your form.
Make sure the goods are unused. Don’t pack them away in your check-in luggage as you will need to show them to the Customs Officer.
The rate is per passenger (or per passport).
Requests submitted or modified less than 2 business days before the service (local time) +25%
If the service is requested or modified less than 2 business days (local airport time) before the service a 25% surcharge will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge
If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%
If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 50%
If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%
If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
Night time surcharge (22:00-6:30) - 220 EUR (per service)
Please, note that in case if your service takes place between 22:00 (10 PM) and 6:30 (AM) an additional surcharge of 220 EUR (per service) is due
