Tax Refund assistance - 95,00 EUR p/p
Our VIP assistant will help you through the refund process before your flight departs. All procedures will be arranged without queues or with the minimal queue.
Before you check in for your flight, a VIP assistant will escort you to the customs desk and present your completed tax free forms, passport, receipts and purchases to get a stamp on your form.
Make sure the goods are unused. Don’t pack them away in your check-in luggage as you will need to show them to the Customs Officer.
The rate is per passenger (or per passport).

If the passengers wish to be accompanied to (or met at) the VIP Lounge by a non-flying personal assistant or a relative, access to the Lounge can be provided. The above-mentioned price is intended for each accompanying person.

Requests submitted less than 72 hours before the service (local time) + 25%
If the service was requested less than 72 hours (local airport time) before the date / the time of the service a surcharge of 25% will apply.
Requests submitted or modified less than 48 hours before the service (local time) + 50%
If the service is requested or modified less than 48 hours (local airport time) before the service a 50% surcharge will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation till 72 hours - free of charge
If the service was canceled in more than 72 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 25%
If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply
Cancellation after confirmation 48 -36 hours prior to the service - 50%
If the service was canceled from 48 to 36 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation after confirmation 36 - 24 hours - 80%
If the service was canceled from 36 to 24 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
Cancellation after confirmation less 24 hours or no-show - 100%
If the service was canceled less than 24 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
