Private transportation to/from aircraft included
1. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of passengers) from the aircraft step to the terminal or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

VIP Lounge up to 2 hours included
VIP lounge access included in the rate for all passengers up to 2 hours maximum. Extra time - at additional cost.

Extra time at the VIP Lounge - 550,00 EUR p/hour
Each extra hour at the VIP Lounge will bring to an extra cost of 550,00 EUR.
Luggage delivery from airport to the hotel + 325,00 EUR
Extra car for 3 pax - 380,00 EUR; for 6 pax – 650,00 EUR
Up to 6 pax per lounge.
Each lounge can be provided for a maximum of 6 passengers traveling together.
In case of additional passengers (starting from the 7th), a new lounge must be counted.

Requests submitted or modified less than 2 business days before the service (local time) +25%
If the service is requested or modified less than 2 business days (local airport time) before the service a 25% surcharge will apply.
Requests submitted less than 36 hours before the service (local time) + 50%
If the service was requested less than 36 hours (local airport time) before the date / the time of the service a surcharge of 50% will apply.
Requests submitted or modified less than 12 hours before the service (local time) + 75%
If the service is requested or modified less than 12 hours (local airport time) before the service a 75% surcharge will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge
If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%
If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 50%
If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%
If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
100% surcharge (Night time) 11pm-7am
For the services taking place between 11pm and 7am a surcharge of 100% will apply.
