Porter services - 55,00 EUR (up to 4 checked bags)

Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Children up to 2 years old - free-of-charge

All infants up to 2 years old are free-of-charge.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.

Chidren 2-12 years old - 25% discount

Special rate for children from 2 till 12 years old.
Please, submit correct birth date at time of booking.
25% discount from the full adult rate.
Unaccompanied child: full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).

Lounge Access for Economy Class Passengers (departure only) - 75,00 EUR p/p - by request

Lounge access at additional cost for Economy Class Passengers (upon departure only). For Business or First Class Passengers VIP/Business lounge is usually included in the flight tickets.

Fast Track VOA (Visa on Arrival) - 75,00 p/p EUR (not incl. visa fees)

VoA - Visa on Arrival Fast Track (receiving of Visa without queue).
This service is for passengers who would like to apply for Visa on Arrival. The qualifications and required documents are listed as follows:

Hold the citizenship of countries eligible for a Visa on Arrival

Aim to enter the country for tourism for the period of not exceeding 30 days.

Submit one 4 x 6 cm. headshot photo taken no longer than 6 months.

Does not fall into the category of aliens prohibited from entering the country under Immigration law.

Possess the return ticket within 30 days maximum.

Truthfully notify the verifiable places to stay in the country.

Present evidence of adequate finances.

Possess a passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months.

Pay for the visa fee (not incl. in the services)

Maximum service time for transit services: 2 hours.

The abovementioned transit rate covers up to 2 hours service time. For longer transits, additional costs apply - please submit your flights details and ask our reservation department.

Transit services possible up to 2 hours between flights (only!!)

Electric buggy - 85,00 EUR (up to 4 pax) - one-way - upon arrival mandatory to add

Requests submitted or modified less than 2 business days before the service (local time) +25%

If the service is requested or modified less than 2 business days (local airport time) before the service a 25% surcharge will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge

If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%

If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 72 - 48 hours - 50%

If the service was canceled from 72 to 48 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%

If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.
