Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Children 2 - 11 - 320,00 EUR - arrival or departurе

Special rate for children from 2 till 11 years old upon arrival or departure.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.
Unaccompanied child- full rate plus extra charge (please ask our staff about extra charges).

This service is for passengers who would like to apply for Visa on Arrival.

Diplomatic channel usage incl.

This service includes usage of diplomatic channel for speeding up arrival / departure formalities.

The arrangement of the above mentioned services and any additional requests are possible only on a case-to-case basic. Please check with our reservation team.

Requests submitted or modified less than 3 business days before the service (local time) + 25%

If the service is requested or modified less than 3 business days (local airport time) before the service a surcharge of 25% will apply.

Cancellation fees after confirmation - 50%

If the service was cancelled after confirmation, a cancellation fee of 50% is due.

Amendments after confirmation (more than 48 hours prior to the service) - 25%

Amendments to the confirmed reservation (change of flight/ date / time) are a subject to 25% modification fee. Amendments are acceptable no later than 48 hours prior to the service (afterwards - 100% fee applies).

Dedicated transportation to the VIP lounge or VIP Terminal is provided in case of remote parking position;
Arrival formalities are handled privately at the VIP lounge;
Checked luggage will be transferred from the aircraft to the VIP lounge and ultimately to the passengers' car;
The service is completed once the guests have been accompanied to arrival hall or to their car.
