Porter services included (up to 2 checked bags)

Upon arrival:
receiving luggage from the conveyor (from the belt) and delivery to the waiting car or the arrival hall.

Upon departure:
luggage delivery from the car to the check-in counter or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Children up to 3 years old - free-of-charge

All infants up to 3 years old are free-of-charge.
Please submit correct birth date at time of booking.

Children from 3 years old - no discounts

For children from 3 years old fees for adults apply.

Private transportation to/from aircraft included

1. Private limousine or minibus transfer (depending on the number of passengers) from the aircraft step to the terminal or the VIP Lounge (depending on the booked services).

Transfers are included in the rate.

VIP Lounge up to 2 hours included

VIP lounge access included in the rate for all passengers up to 2 hours maximum. Extra time - at additional cost.

Private suite (add. rate to VIP service) = 680,00 (3 hours, up to 4 pax).

Extra time at the VIP Lounge - 220,00 EUR p/hour p/p

Extra time spent in the VIP Lounge.
A 220,00 EUR surcharge per passenger applies for each extra hour after the first two (which are included in the basic price).

Visitors pass - 85,00 EUR p/p

If the passengers wish to be accompanied to (or met at) the VIP Lounge by a non-flying personal assistant or a relative, an access to the Lounge can be provided. The above mentioned price is intended for each accompanying person.

If the service is requested or modified less than 2 business days (local airport time) before the service a 25% surcharge will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation less 48 hours or no-show - 100%

If the service was cancelled less than 48 hours before the service or it was no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

Cancellation up to 2 business days - free-of-charge.
