We do not accept bookings if submitted less than 48 hours (local airport time) before the date of the service.

Requests submitted or modified less than 2 business days before the service (local time) +25%

If the service is requested or modified less than 2 business days (local airport time) before the service a 25% surcharge will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation till 96 hours - free of charge

If the service was cancelled till 96 hours before the service, no cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation after confirmation 96 - 72 hours - 25%

If the service was cancelled between 96 and 72 hours before the service, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

Checked luggage will be transferred from the aircraft to the VIP lounge and ultimately to the passengers' car;
The service is completed once the guests have been accompanied to arrival hall or to their car.

An airport VIP assistant will meet you airside / curbside and accompany through all AUH Airport formalities such as immigration and customs. The guests baggage will be also taken care of. A seamless porter service is accomplished as the guests are chaperoned to the boarding or to their prearranged transportation.
This VIP Meet and Assist service adds on Fast Track service and luxury access to our VIP Lounge where the guests can relax while all airport formalities at AUH Airport in are completed for them.

For Departures:

Meeting the passengers at curbside, near to airport entrance
Assistance with the luggage. Porter services at additional cost.
Escort through check-in, security and passport control (Fast Track)
Escort to VIP/Business lounge (if applicable). For Business and First Class passengers access to lounge is included in their ticket, for Economy Class passengers extra charges apply.
Escort from the lounge to the departure gate or private transfer to the aircraft, in case of remote parking position (at additional cost and at selected airports only).

For Arrivals:

Meeting the passengers with a name sign at the entrance to the terminal prior to passport control and customs
Private transfer from the aircraft to the terminal, in case of remote parking position (at additional cost and at selected airports only).
Escort through passport control & customs (Fast Track).
Escort to baggage claim hall and assistance with the luggage. Porter services at additional cost.
Escort to onward mode of transportation or directly to the arrival hall.

For Transits:

Meeting the passengers with a name sign at the airbridge or at the entrance to the terminal (depending on the aircraft parking position), prior to passport control & customs.
Private transfer from the aircraft to the terminal, in case of a remote parking position (at additional cost and at selected airports only).
Escort to baggage claim hall and assistance with the luggage, in case that luggage is not checked through all the way to final destination. Porter services at additional cost.
Escort through connecting check-in, security, passport control and immigration formalities
Escort to VIP/Business lounge (if applicable). For Business & First Class passengers access to lounge is included in their ticket. For economy class passengers extra charges apply/
Escort from the lounge to the departure gate or private transfer to the aircraft, in case of a remote parking position (at additional cost and in selected airports only).

A royal VVIP service at Abu Dhabi Airport is dedicated for those who genuinely desire to travel with luxury elegance and discretion. Our guests will experience no queues at all: registration formalities such as check-in and immigration are dealt with by our special service agents while the passengers are comfortably relaxing at the VIP Lounge in the separate VIP Terminal. We take care of your luggage and will transfer it from the aircraft to their car or vice versa.
